Policies, Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Jimenez & Sons Construction LLC. By hiring us for services, you agree to the following policies, terms, and conditions. These policies are designed to protect both our clients and our company.
1. Estimates & Proposals

All estimates are based on the scope of work discussed and provided in writing.

Estimates are valid for 30 days.

Any changes to the scope of work may result in a revised estimate or additional charges.
2. Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required before work begins (amount will vary per project).

Remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments may be made via check, cash, or approved electronic transfer.

A 3% fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.

Late payments are subject to additional fees and/or interest.
3. Project Timeline

Start and completion dates are estimates and may vary due to weather, supply chain issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Jimenez & Sons Construction is not liable for delays outside of our control.
4. Change Orders

Any changes requested after the project begins must be submitted in writing.

Change orders may result in additional costs and extended timelines.
5. Warranties & Quality of Work

Jimenez & Sons Construction guarantees workmanship for 1 year from the completion date.

Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials.

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
6. Liability & Indemnity

Jimenez & Sons Construction is fully insured and takes every precaution to ensure safety and quality.

We are not liable for damages caused by existing structural issues, hidden conditions, or previously installed materials.

Clients agree to hold harmless and indemnify Jimenez & Sons Construction LLC, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or lawsuits arising from the project except in cases of proven negligence.
7. Access to Jobsite

Clients must provide access to the property during agreed working hours.

Work areas should be free of personal items to allow safe and efficient completion of the project.
8. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once work has been scheduled and materials have been ordered.

If a client cancels after work has started, they are responsible for payment of labor completed and materials purchased.
9. Photographs & Marketing
-
Jimenez & Sons Construction reserves the right to photograph completed projects for marketing purposes.
-
No personal client information will be shared.
10. Governing Law
-
All contracts and disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
-
Any disputes not resolved directly will be handled through arbitration or small claims court in Tarrant County, Texas.
Agreement
By requesting services, approving an estimate, or paying a deposit, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
